- Newsletter: first name, email address, country of residence, sign-up date. Legal basis: your consent. Retention: until you unsubscribe (link in every email).
- Contact form: first name, email address, subject and message. Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering your request. Retention: 12 months maximum.
- Song “likes”: a random identifier, unrelated to your identity, stored in a functional cookie (
waterloo_music_voter, 12 months) so that each person counts once. - Audience measurement: Google Analytics, only if you accept it through the cookie banner (anonymised IP address).
Your rights
You may access, correct or erase your data, object to its processing, request portability or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us via the Contact page. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).
Recipients
Your data is neither sold nor shared. It is hosted by OVH (European Union). If you accept audience measurement, Google LLC processes browsing data under its own policy.
